About Todd

Todd Huff knows Baltimore County. Born and raised right here with us, he has spent his life working and living in the County. Growing up on the family farm, he was active in 4-H, showing cattle at the State Fair, while learning responsibility from daily farm duties.

With his early schooling at St. Pauls School and Boys Latin, Todd graduated from the Fork Union Military Academy. During school, he was active in sports playing lacrosse, soccer and wrestling.

Active in the family business, Brooks-Huff Tire and Auto, Todd currently serves as the company’s Operations Manager. In recent years the business has grown significantly, now including 6 locations. This experience has taught him what it means to meet a payroll and deal with ever-expanding government regulation while satisfying customer expectations.

Active in local organizations, Todd currently serves as President of the Dulaney Valley Improvement Association. He is a Past President of the Towson Chamber of Commerce, where he remains a member of the Executive Committee and has served as Chairman of the Towsontowne Spring Festival; a long time member and past Trustee of the Towson Elks Lodge; and an active member of the Towson Junior Chamber of Commerce. Through Brooks-Huff, Todd has been a supporting member of the Hereford Zone Business Association since its inception. Todd is also a member of the Hunt Valley Business Forum, the Reagan Republican Club and the Northern Baltimore County Republican & Civic Organization.
